Privacy policy

We only ask for the data Myn needs to run your invoicing.

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how business and customer data is handled inside Myn.

Data we collect

Myn may collect your name, email address, business profile details, customer records, item details, invoice details, payment status updates, uploaded invoice templates, and usage logs.

We use this information to create invoices, generate PDFs, send emails, maintain your receivables dashboard, protect your account, and provide support.

Email usage and Amazon SES

Myn may use Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) to send invoice emails, account emails, and service messages. Email content may include invoice numbers, customer names, PDF links, and message metadata needed for delivery.

We do not use invoice email content for advertising. Delivery logs may be used to confirm whether an email was sent, delivered, bounced, or rejected.

Customer data handling

Customer information you add to Myn belongs to your business. We process it so you can create invoices, send documents, and track payment status.

You are responsible for making sure the customer data you enter is accurate and that you have a lawful reason to use it for invoicing and payment follow-up.

Cookies

Myn may use essential cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember preferences, and understand basic product usage.

Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of Myn from working correctly.
