Using Myn
Myn is provided to help businesses create invoices, generate documents, send emails, and track payment status. You agree to use it for lawful business purposes and to keep your account information accurate.
You are responsible for protecting your login details and for any activity that happens inside your account.
Invoice responsibility
Myn helps format and manage invoices, but your business remains responsible for the accuracy of invoice numbers, customer details, tax treatment, line items, totals, bank details, and any legal or regulatory requirements that apply to your invoices.
Myn is not a replacement for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Payment tracking limitations
Payment statuses in Myn are operational records. They help you understand what appears paid, unpaid, or overdue based on information entered into the product.
Unless a future integration explicitly confirms otherwise, Myn does not guarantee bank-level payment verification. You should reconcile important payments against your bank records.
Service changes
Myn may improve, update, or remove features over time. When a change affects important user workflows, we aim to communicate it clearly.
